5. Get rid of alcohol and smoking

  • Causes risk of cancers, lung disease, and heart diseases as cigarettes contain more than 4,000 chemical compounds and 400 toxic chemicals
  • Excessive alcohol consumption leads to a loss of productivity, risky behaviors such as drink driving, and violent behavior
